Are your imported plants acclimated?

Yes. Imports are acclimated for a minimum of two weeks before they are offered for sale.

Where are you located?

Birdhouse Plants is based in Oregon, USA.

Where do you sell?

Website inventory will be available here when drops begin. Birdhouse Plants also sells through live events on Palmstreet.

When do you ship?

Our regular packing and shipping days are Monday and Tuesday.

Will I receive the exact plant pictured?

Listings will clearly state whether the photos show the exact plant for sale or a representative example.

Do you ship during extreme weather?

We monitor conditions and may adjust shipping when temperatures or severe weather could put a plant at unnecessary risk.

What should I do when my plant arrives?

Unpack it promptly, check its condition, and give it stable conditions and time to settle before making major changes. Specific arrival guidance may also be included with your order.
